Who am I?
Family Dispute Resolution (often referred to as FDR) is a specialist form of Mediation for family law matters. Jillaine assists separated parties to reach agreement about the division of their assets, liabilities and superannuation, and to reach agreement about the living and care arrangements for their children. Let her help you avoid a costly and emotionally damaging Court battle.

About Jillaine
Jillaine Duve has been a lawyer since 1998 and has worked exclusively in family law since 2004. She is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), has qualifications that also enable her to conduct Child Inclusive Mediations and is qualified within the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS). She also sits on the Access Resolve mediation panel, receiving referrals from the Family Court for property mediations. She can assist you resolve any form of legal conflict using her mediation skills. She is committed to helping people resolve their disputes as efficiently as possible to minimise the impact on their family, their children and the wider community.
